Your team arrives at our spacious 5,500 sq ft venue in Kwun Tong and is greeted by our professional event staff in our comfortable reception lounge. As they store their belongings in secure lockers, they can mingle and enjoy pre-game refreshments. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the time stated on the booking so that we can do an introduction.
2. The Mission Briefing (5–15 mins)
Your group is gathered for the mission briefing. This can be a standard briefing from our Game Masters or a customized session led by your own manager or our corporate trainer, linking the upcoming team building games to your specific business objectives. The teams are formed, the rules are explained, and the story begins to unfold.
3. 60 Minutes of Total Immersion (15–75 mins)
The doors close, the clock starts, and the immersion is total. Your teams communicate, collaborate, debate, and celebrate small victories as they work towards their common goal. Large Group Overview
If you have 48 players or more, then you will have exclusive use of our venue for your session. This means your group will be able to choose which rooms they want to play on arrival and how many people you have in each room (up to a maximum of 8).
If you have a group larger than 64 we can run two rounds of games across 2 sessions. This also works especially well if you want to book multiple rooms and include catering either between or after your games.

Opening and Game Times
Monday to Thursday – 11:00 to 21:30 (last session 20:00). Friday to Sunday – 11:00 to 23:00 (last session 21:30). Games start at the time stated on the booking — please arrive at least 15 minutes prior so that we can do an introduction. Outside opening hours also available upon request.
Game Duration and Centralised Control Room
Our games are a full 1 hour in duration. Allow a total of 1.5 hrs for the entire experience as we ask you to arrive 15 minutes early. Our Game Masters, located in our centralised control room, watch and listen throughout your game via CCTV cameras, ceiling mounted speakers and microphones — no immersion-breaking walkie-talkies.
How many people can fit in a room?
All our escape rooms take between 2 and 8 players. If you book all of our rooms then we can host 64 players at once. All our escape room games are private for your group only — we never fill empty spots with strangers.
Team Building & HR Observation
An escape room experience is an excellent choice for corporate team building. With prior arrangement, someone from your HR department can sit with our game masters and observe the game, which gives insights into team dynamics. With our 8 rooms we can cater for 64 people in one time slot.
Multi-lingual
All our rooms have English as the base language with Chinese translations. Our games rely heavily on intuitive symbols, graphics, colours and numbers to minimise dependence on any single language, and our Game Master team is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Just tell us your team’s language mix when booking.
Safety
Our rooms are monitored by dedicated Game Masters to ensure the safest environment for our guests and staff. We also have briefings prior to the games to ensure everybody knows the emergency protocols.
Cancelling, Rescheduling and Refunds
When paying for the experience directly online, we do not make any refunds. Up until 24 hours of your game, you can choose to reschedule your game, and we will send you a voucher worth the amount of the game, so you can reschedule at a time which is more convenient.
Adverse Weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8)
Our policy follows Hong Kong Observatory guidance. If a T8+ signal or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued (or about to be issued) before your start time, your event is automatically cancelled at no loss to you and we’ll reschedule free of charge. If a signal is issued mid-session, teams already playing may finish their game, and you’re welcome to shelter in our reception until conditions allow.
What Should We Wear & Bring?
Dress comfortably in casual clothes and shoes you can move in — avoid heels, skirts, or anything too tight. Bring any glasses you need for close observation. Don’t bring tools or torches; phones are locked in a locker before the game. Everything you need is in the room.

We’re in the commercial heart of Kwun Tong, in Eastcore (a Grade-A office building), about a 5-minute walk from Exit A2 of Kwun Tong MTR. Eastcore has a large indoor paid car park with ample hourly parking.
