BOOKING AND PRICES
How do I book?
All bookings are made online. Choose your room and time slot, enter your details and confirm. You will get a confirmation email straight away. On the day, just show it to our team on your phone.
Online booking is open up to 180 days ahead and takes up to 6 players per room. For 7 to 10 players in one room, or dates further out, call or WhatsApp us. Bigger groups use the multiple rooms page.
How much does it cost?
Prices are per person and drop as your group grows: HK$260 each for 2 players, HK$250 each for 3 to 4 players, HK$240 each for 5 or more. Same price every day, including public holidays. Each room is private for your group only.
Every game is a full 60 minutes. Some venues look cheaper but give you less time in the room. Full details on our prices page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pay on arrival with Visa, Mastercard, PayMe, AlipayHK, UnionPay, FPS, bank transfer or cash. We do not accept American Express.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, when we have a free slot. Weekends and holidays book out, so please call +852 9854 6664 before heading over and we will check live availability and have your room ready.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Bookings paid online are not refundable. Up to 24 hours before your game you can reschedule: we send you a voucher for the full amount so you can rebook a time that suits you.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and can be used on any room. Pick a set amount or choose your own.
THE GAME
What is an escape room?
A live game for your group. You enter a themed room and have 60 minutes to complete a mission by solving puzzles, finding clues and unlocking secrets. No special skills needed, and most of our players are first-timers.
How long does it take?
The game itself is 60 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your briefing, and allow about 90 minutes in total. Our reception has seating, toilets and refreshments if you arrive early or want to stay after.
How many people can play in one room?
Book 2 to 6 players per room online. On request we can take up to 10 in a room, just ask. With all 8 rooms running we host 64 players at the same time, and larger groups split across rooms and start together.
Do we get hints?
Yes. Your Game Master follows the game from our control room and steps in when you are stuck, usually with an on-screen picture hint so the atmosphere stays intact. You get just enough help to solve it yourself.
What languages are the games in?
English is the base language with Chinese translations in every room. Some puzzles need basic English, such as spelling numbers one to ten. Our Game Masters speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Which rooms are scary?
Zodiac Killer (jump scares, age 14+) and The Other Side (age 12+) are our horror rooms. Zombie Lab is spooky but not scary. Everything else is adventure and mystery. See all 8 rooms with difficulty and minimum ages.
KIDS, TEENS AND FAMILIES
Is there a minimum age?
Each room has a recommended minimum age from 8 to 14, shown on the room page. Ages 6 to 10 should be accompanied by an adult in the room. Children aged 5 and under play for free.
Which rooms are best for children?
Life Sentence, Wild West Saloon, Mastermind Heist and The Bunker all have kid-friendly versions. Your Game Master gives extra hints to keep the game moving and the fun high.
Do you host birthday parties?
Yes. Two packages: Package A with one room for HK$2,680 and Package B with two rooms for HK$4,580, both for 8 players with a party area in the lobby, a hidden birthday surprise in the room, goodie bags and free digital invitations. See kids birthday parties.
GROUPS, COMPANIES AND SCHOOLS
How big a group can you take?
Up to 64 players at once across 8 rooms, and up to 120 in two waves. Groups of 48 or more get exclusive use of the venue for their session.
Do you do team building?
Yes, it is what we do most. One-game packages from HK$220 to HK$240 per person and two-game packages from HK$410 to HK$450 per person depending on group size, with catering menus and optional trainer-led debriefs. See team building.
Can we bring food or arrange catering?
Catering is available Monday to Friday with three menus, all including drinks. Our lounge seats around 50 people. Birthday groups are welcome to bring their own cake and snacks.
Do you run school visits?
Yes. A modified 45-minute game at HK$180 per student or the standard 60-minute game at HK$218 per student, with supervisors at HK$100. Up to 64 students can play at the same time. See school programmes.
FINDING US
Where are you?
Flat 5, 9/F, Eastcore, 398 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong. Next to Millennium City 6 and about 6 minutes on foot from Kwun Tong MTR Exit A2. Directions and map.
Is there parking?
Yes, in the Eastcore building. The car park entrance is on How Ming Street, shared with the World Tech Centre car park, at HK$24 per hour. For quick drop-offs use the lay-by at Millennium City 6, 392 Kwun Tong Road.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Thursday 11:00 to 21:30 with the last game at 20:00. Friday to Sunday and public holidays 11:00 to 23:00 with the last game at 21:30.
