What is the minimum age for an escape room at Fox in a Box Hong Kong?
We welcome players of all ages and adapt some rooms specifically for kids aged 6-10. Younger children must be accompanied by a participating adult. Life Sentence, Wild West Saloon, and Mastermind Heist are our top picks for families with younger players.
How many people can play together?
Each room is exclusive to your group and accommodates 2-8 players depending on the room. For larger groups, we can run multiple rooms simultaneously and host up to 64 players at once across our 8 themed rooms — ideal for corporate team building, school groups, or large family reunions.
How long does a session last?
Each escape room session is 60 minutes of pure gameplay. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your safety briefing. From arrival to exit, budget around 75–90 minutes for your visit.
Which room is the scariest? Are there live actors?
Zodiac Killer is Hong Kong’s scariest escape room (5/5), followed by The Other Side (4.5/5). Both are recommended for older teens and adults only.
There are no live actors and nobody touches you. The fear comes from the set, the sound and the story.
Life Sentence, The Bunker, Mastermind Heist and Wild West Saloon have no scares at all, so they’re ideal for kids and anyone who’d rather not jump.
